Abbott Nutrition Bass Tournament Series

The 1st Tournament of the Abbott Nutrition Bass Tournament Series was held this past Sat. at SML . A total of 14 boats showed up for the season opener .  The team of Lee White & Kenny Sterne put 16 lbs 2oz on the scales to claim the first win of the season. Finishing 2nd was the team of Richard Rowland & Steve Younger with a bag of 14lbs 6oz . This included the big fish of the tournament – 5lb 6oz. Brandon Reynolds and Ben Reynolds finished 3rd with 10lbs. 10.5oz. According to some of the anglers Jerkbaits and Jigs were the two most productive lures of the day. Most of the water temps. were from the mid 40`s to low 50`s.
